First delete all those triggers in melee initialization, thats what makes the workers and such spawn. In player properties make sure that your players are appropriately set to human/computer/ect. and fixed start location is checked.
For a transformation system like Tribute, the mana drain is active when you have an item. So it would look roughly like this, we'll use Goku as an example (too lazy to check the exact terms but if you know much at all about the WE they're fairly close and you can figure it out.):
Events- Time- Every 1.00 seconds
Conditions- Hero- (Goku) has an item of type (Super Saiyan)
Actions- Unit- Set mana of (Goku) to mana of (Goku) - (15.00)
Very simple trigger, really. For the mana of goku - 15 part you need to use the arithmetic option. Play around with it a bit and you'll figure out how easy and useful it really is.
Transformation is a bit more complex, but still a very basic trigger.
Events- Player- Player 1 types a chat message containing ss
Conditions- Unit- Mana of (Goku) greater than or equal to (100.0) *You can also put any other conditions here you might want that for whatever reason would keep them from transforming*
Actions- Item- Move item (Transformation) to (Temp Storage) **^You want to make a trigger like this to move out any other transformations he might have when he changes forms, where (transformation) is the item to be moved. Put the temp storage location somewhere players can't reach. This will prevent them from using multiple transformation bugs, and keep them from having to revert everytime they want to change. If you know how, you could also use an item group for this.**
Hero- Give item (Super Saiyan) to (Goku) Unit- Set Color of (Goku) to Yellow Unit- Set movement speed of (Goku) to (350) Special Effect- Create a special effect attached to the (origin) of (Goku) using (whatever model you want)
Thats a very basic way to do it. You can replace the stuff in ( ) with whatever you need/want. For reverting, you just reverse everything the transformations do when they say revert. Same for when they run out of mana. Once you get better with the editor, you can come up with more creative ways to use triggers/variables. If you need extra help, just ask.

dont bump you lazy bastards... if its really important I am a good enuff trigger man I could help ya (ie PM me..)
ok, you can use pretty much whatever item base you want... just use one similar to what you plan to do (crown of kings, claws of dmg... instead of... gem of health and the like)
the ability +5 to stats is an ITEM ability... you can give an item multiple instances of this (they stack) up to 5 or 6 i think [mb more with the versions..]
to make things easier though, go into the ability section and copy the +5 stat ability, and modifer to whatever you would prefer instead...
ability editing allows you to make whatever type/size of boost you want...
let me know if ya need anything else
(usually for trans.. there should be at least a speed and dmg boost, which can be done.. with speed and dmg, or some combination of speed/dmg and stats..)

Under the objects editor theres an item section. Everything you need is there.
1. Go to advanced on the main map editor. Select Gameplay constants. Check the Use Custom Data box or whatever its called. Find Max Hero Level. Set to whatever. Done.
2. Add the condition Hero Level Greater than or equal to
3. Too lazy to go into detail right now. Maybe later.
4. The temp storage is just a region where no players can reach. In Tribute, items are stored ontop the mountains in the area where buu/androids start. Unused units like Vegito and Gogeta are here too.
5. Theres a few ways to go about this. If you simply want someone to level up faster, you can increase the experience rate for player through a Player trigger. OR you can go back to the gameplay constants, and theres an XP Required for levels section, you can put your own numbers in there to override the default level requirements.
6. An item ability does nothing untill its put on an item. Unit and item abilities can both be used on an item. The only real difference is what category the editor itself puts the ability under, and the fact that unit abilities used by units are usually ment to be casted instead of a passive ability granted by an item. When you create the ability, under the stats section, change Item Ability to True. Under the items section, find the item you want to add the ability to, and add it to the item in the abilities section, just like adding an ability to a unit.

define custom item... assuming you mean edited item, make sure you give it a unique name you can find, and in the palette scroll down to custom item section...
under one of the menus is a gameplay constant section, one of those constant is hero max level.. change it and heros can have higher (or lower) max levels..
(add condition of hero levle > x)
(i dont do cinematic... but the event is maop initialization... then use cinematic triggers.. gl)
XP is a bit more tricky, and i havent fully figured all of it out... (i could look sometime if you like)
how do i decrease the XP needed for each lvl?
item ability is an ABILITY.... then items have to be told to USE that ability... otherwise yes they will work fine..

man... compile your questions and stop multi posting..
anyways.. how r u messing with hero lvl? (with that little info I cant help)
purty sure you can make starting stats at much more then 100.. try editing unit
mana drain... (depends on what you are trying to do with this..) [cause of mana drain and how much]
for trans being level dependant.. there are 2 easy options.. a. dont have trigger enable at start, but when goku reaches a certain lvl enable the tranformation trigger(then when he says ss or ss2 (etc) it will work
or
b. have them all enable but conditions such as unit goku level > = X (x = w/e lvl u want)

i went into game constants and put the max hero lvl to 100, then he stopped giving XP for killing monsters at lvl 5 or 7.
for mana drain i want like if i go kaoken i want -10 mana each second.
and the whole transformation at a lvl, tell me how to enable it when goku gets to that lvl plz.
