Just a thought, flame if you want:
Personally I find cell jrs cheesy and kind of overpowered. My suggestion is based on the fact that when Cell made the juniors he had to spit them out as if they were parts of him. He also never made more when they got killed. Okay, what if cell has the power to weaken himself in order to create a cell jr. Like his max HP and some stats can be taken off to form a cell jr. Now, the cell jr would last forever, if it is killed then cell would lose the stats and have to regain them (or maybe he gets them back but at half?). Additionally, he can also death pact his Jrs, and gain back a percentage of stats they took from him to begin with based on their current health. Example, (only using life) if cell lost 500 life from making a junior, he absorbed him back right before he died and the jr only had 100 life. Cell's max life would go back up by 500 but his current life would only go up by 100. Of course this would take intense triggering and the number of jrs would be limited but I think it would add some skill to the use of these jrs and solve the cheese factor of them. Any thoughts/insults?

great idea, he should also only be able to spit out one at a time, with a few second wait time, and a few second cooldown

just make em a lil weaker or make 2 of them with each half of cell's stats so u dont get surrounded

i like his idea, its a bit of work, but it makes it more realistic, and hopefully less likely to be rigged...
would the jrs still have % of cell's stats (would they change over time to keep up with cell?)
could jrs lvl?
can cell choose how strong to make his jrs?

I think the percentage of stats should increase with level. In this way the jrs don't have to be hero units who level.

[glow=orange,2,300]i think the juniors should be able 2 lvl. cell should be able to absorb them back and get 1/2 the stats back. i think cell shouldnt be able to pick how strong the jrs are because if cell is uber i wouldnt want 2 uber cells running around. i also think it would be hard to do. i like the idea of 2 with a few sec cooldown and a little less manna cost.[/glow]

Yep i agreed tonigth i teach too some people too dont open cell slot my cell and if jrs got around 1.2 k of damage soo i kick some Z ass ^^ but make you becaume like curse 1/4 jrs kill you looose 1/4 of your stat , damage and armor for 5 -10 minute 2/4 etc and down 120 % effect cell got a perma ss4 and got like a bonus of 200 in ever stat(whitout item) and if 4 jrd are kill you dying and loose 90 % of your stat for 5-10 min

I think the idea is good, but gives Cell yoo big an opportunity to become MEGA strong. Maybe just have it so less juniors come.
Offtopic: He didn't use them again because Gohan wupped their ass, then he died. Why would he use them again?

cell only used to kick ass and yest hey were strong. i say make about 1/2 of cell's power cuase thats how strong they were. for 120% no more cell jr casue he no need them
