ok everyone hates cell jrs(cept 4 the ppl playin cell  ) so how about giving him scatter shot like piccolo has ;D |

Nah Cell jrs are Cell's best attack. Without them he really doesn't have anything unique.

yeah, Cell Jr.'s are like Cell's symbol...they literally make up what he is. so it would be pretty dumb to exchange it for some other attack that another character has
